一、個人簡介
面向國家綠色低碳高質量發(fā)展的重大需求,聚焦“綠色環(huán)境功能微生物的資源挖掘和益生菌劑開發(fā)及應用”為導向的研究工作,在不依賴于培養(yǎng)的綠色環(huán)境種質篩選技術研究中,成功建立了耦合拉曼分選的環(huán)境微生物“代謝表型組-基因組”方法學平臺;首次實現(xiàn)了精確到一個細菌細胞、全基因組覆蓋度超過92%的耦合功能分選的環(huán)境微生物單細胞精度解析;發(fā)明“先篩后養(yǎng)”的單細胞拉曼耦合培養(yǎng)等技術;開發(fā)“物種-代謝”雙靶向的微生物細胞及酶資源挖掘新技術等。基于這些技術突破,正不斷建立多類單細胞水平的、基于生化表型的新型細胞種質篩選體系。在環(huán)境益生菌群單細胞精度的功能分析方法方面的相關研究成果已發(fā)表在The Innovation、Water Research、Environmental Microbiology和mSystems等期刊上。
