一、 個人簡介
毛振杰,女,中共黨員。2024年06月畢業(yè)于中國海洋大學(xué),獲得博士學(xué)位。主要研究方向為海洋來源活性肽的快速挖掘及定向合成。近年來,申請人以第一作者(含共一)身份在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Food Chemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等高水平期刊雜志發(fā)表SCI論文6篇。
二、 研究方向
借助信息生物學(xué)技術(shù)和異源表達等手段實現(xiàn)活性肽的快速挖掘及定向合成,并進一步探究活性肽的構(gòu)效關(guān)系及作用機制。
