一、個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介
王碩,女,中共黨員,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,國(guó)家級(jí)高層次青年人才,山東省泰山學(xué)者。圍繞生物的多樣性及生態(tài)適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化開(kāi)展研究工作,發(fā)表SCI論文60余篇。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、山東省自然科學(xué)基金等。
二、研究方向
以中生代琥珀化石為材料,通過(guò)顯微攝影、CT掃描與三維重建等技術(shù),探究白堊紀(jì)時(shí)期被子植物多樣性輻射的演化歷史及其生態(tài)適應(yīng)過(guò)程;以多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)生物信息學(xué)分析、系統(tǒng)發(fā)育關(guān)系與祖先區(qū)域地理重建等技術(shù),探究特殊生境下被子植物部分類(lèi)群的多樣性變化規(guī)律及其對(duì)環(huán)境變化的響應(yīng)機(jī)制。
